Summary: The Swat Kats bought a new car, but that’s not all they got.The Swat Kats make a strong friendship with a bot named Bumblebee, and they might make more allies later. Crossover with the live action Transformers movie.
One morning, Jake and Chance decided they wanted to buy themselves a new car. So, they got into their towtruck and drove into town to the local used car lot, Kitty Bob’s.
When they got out of their truck, Bob greeted them with a friendly hello. “What kind of car are you boys looking for?” Bob asked.
Jake said, “We are looking for a car that is good looking.”
Chance butted in, “And, fast too.”
A yellow car with black stripes pulled into the lot while they were looking around for a car. Then Jake picked the yellow car with black stripes.
He asked, “How much is this one?”
“By looking at the paint job and fades, I’ll say $900.”
“Bingo!” Jake shouted with happiness.
Later that night, their car’s horn kept beeping when suddenly it drove off into the baseball field next to the garage.
Jake screamed, “Nooo! Come on, Chance. Let’s go get our car.”
When they got into the field, they couldn’t believe their eyes. Their car was a robot!
They snuck quietly towards it.
Jake told Chance, “I don’t think it’s going to harm us.”
Jake ran towards the robot, and, when Jake got even closer to the robot, the bot started talking to Jake, saying he’s the Swat Kats’ guardian.
Jake stated him and his buddy were in fact the Swat Kats.
The friendly bot stated his name, Bumblebee, and he is an Autobot warrior who lost his voice in battle with the Decepticons.
Then the two kats questioned who are the Decepticons.
Bumblebee did not reply; he transformed into his car form and told the Swat Kats get in. Bumblebee drove them to city hall, and, when they exited Bumblebee, an Enforcer sedan came fast as lightning and started to turn into a bot too.
But, Bee yelled out, “He’s a Con! Run, hide – I’ll save you.”
Then the two kats ran back to their garage in the salvage yard and quickly turned to their costumes and got into the Turbokat and jetted back to where Bumblebee was fighting that Con.
