Here they go at war again;

One kat destined to win,

The other trying to be vain.

 

“I’ve surpassed our score!

At the excess of an hour,

I can beat you into flour.”

 

“Are you straining out your soul?

Let’s try to reach our goal

Before one’s clamor takes control.”

 

He sighs and nods compliance.

“Let’s keep a steady balance

on track and no fraud offense.”

 

One must lose or win in play.

Those silly toms can’t fight all day.

One had best give in either way.

 

Either Chance or Jake, one’s irate.

Yet being humble associates,

they praise and shake without debate.
